Meet Our Mamas and PapasOur Girls
“Metta” Dashar's Spring Meadow is our wonderful F1 Golden Doodle who we have raised since she was a pup. We always say Metta is miss smarty pants. (It must be that poodle intelligence shining through!) Metta weighs in at 56 pounds and 22 inches at her shoulders.
“Clover” Clover is "Seattle's Sweet Clover". She is our first Australian Multi-gen Labradoodle, who comes from my dear friend Jan at Seattle's Labradoodles. Clover is a medium, weighing in at 33 pounds with a beautiful silky non-shedding fleece coat. She is a super sweet, friendly beauty. We are tickled to have Clover as our first Australian Labradoodle. Clover lives with a guardian home in Bellingham where she gets spoiled just right!
“Katie” Katie's official name is Copperfield's Causing a Commotion. She came from the grand state of North Carolina. People always ask why we get our dogs from so far away. Our answer is . We are really picky and very serious about getting breeding dogs that are of the highest quality and who pass their tests! We are so delighted to have her as a new addition. She has a very nice boxy head that translates into puppies with very cute faces! She is truly a sweetheart very gentle and responsive. Another desirable quality is she is quite small weighing in at 48 pounds and 18 inches at the shoulder.
“Jovie” Jovie is an English F1 standard Godlendoodle. Her official name is Phillip's Kiss me Kate, but since we already have one Katie we had to change her name. Jovie is gentle, loyal, good with kids and has an amazing 'sink your fingers in' lush non- shedding coat. English Doodles often come with great boxy heads and can be a bit broader then the American Goldendoodle which some have nick named "Teddy Bear Doodles". Jovie weighs 65 pounds and will be bred with Alex to produce standards or with Bentley to make mini/medium English Goldendoodles. Jovie like all of our dogs is fully tested according to the requirements of the Premium Breeder list for Goldendoodles and Labradoodles. Jovie lives with a friend of mine, a few miles away, in a guardian home. The family is delighted with her easy going ways and sweet intelligent personality.
“Lily” Lily is a wonderful golden retriever with a stockier build. Her puppies turn out to be fluffy pups that look like little bears when they are young. We chose her not only because she was fully tested, but also because she was nice and small (57 pounds and 21 inches at shoulders) and had a wonderful temperament. She fits in just right with the pace around our farm, layed back, and friendly. Lily has a beautiful light colored coat. Although with all our Mama dogs we get three colors in each litter. (blonde, apricot and red).
“Breeze” Breeze is Copperfield's Easy to Envy. She is an envy at that. a beautiful young lady that came with Katie to our farm. These two are wonderful additions. They both fit in great and have joined in with the other dogs and our kids on a daily basis exploring the great outdoors. I love looking out my kitchen window and seeing a kid here a dog there all just romping around! Breeze has a wonderful spirit about her. She has very cute long ears which translates into very cute Goldendoodle ears with an innocent face. She, like Katie, is nice and small. She weighs in at 42 pounds and is 20 inches at the shoulder.
“Sophie” Sophie (CG's Penny Cents is her AKC name) is a beautiful Golden Retriever, who came to us from Texas. We were surprised to find out that her pedigree can be traced back to the 1800's. All to say she comes from good stock! She is docile, loving and eager to please. She is a small golden weighing in at 52 pounds and is 18 inches at her shoulders. The Boys
“Alex” For our standard Goldendoodles Alex, our resident stud dog, steps up to the plate. For our minis we use fully tested smaller poodle studs from reputable breeders. Alex is a cream standard poodle. We are so pleased to have a papa dog on our farm. He is a gentleman. He has a sweet, easy-going temperament. He is the perfect size for our breeding program. He weighs in on the smaller size for a standard poodle at 45 pounds with perfect proportions. He is just what we were looking for! When mixed with our mama dogs the result is a mid- sized Goldendoodle. Alex's Continental Kennel Club name is Alexander From Tyco Ranch. He is in excellent health, and passed all his tests with flying colors.
“Bentley” Basset's Butterscotch is our mini's official name, but we just call him Bentley. We are very excited to add Bentley to our breeding program. We get many calls for smaller size Doodles and finally I can say "yes". We had to look all the way across the US to New York to find this little gem of a dog. He came from Beth at Lakeshore Doodles. Bentley is a Apricot miniature poodle who stands 13" at the shoulders and weighs in at 13 pounds. He has a loyal, sensitive, intelligent temperment. He is good with kids, cats and puppies, and he will give us mini/ mediums in blonde, apricot and reds when bred with our wonderful girl dogs! Retired

Autumn Stud ServiceOutside breeding accepted to the above stud by approval. Please call for more information about Annie's Doodles policy regarding stud service. Temperament
Let's face it temperament is crucial! We are so pleased with all of our dogs. Because we are a family business and not a kennel we are very picky about personality. We only want breeding dogs on our farm who are friendly towards our kids and the other dogs. What this means for you is that you get a pup that is not only raised in a great environment, but with outstanding temperaments! Size
We find that most people prefer their Doodle not to tip the scale too much! Even people looking for a standard size would rather have a 45-70 pounder rather than a 75-90 pounder. We have made a huge effort to keep our breeding stock on the smaller side. All this said, we can not guarantee what size your pup will turn out to be. Basically, we take the mama and papa's weights and make an educated guess. From our experience the majority of the time that works for calculating size, but sometimes we have been a bit surprised to see our pups a year down the road bigger or smaller then both their parents ... in the end Mother Nature sometimes has her way in the the size department! Testing
The goldendoodle is a fairly new breed, and we strive to have integrity in our breeding practices to promote top quality. We belong to the Premium Breeder's List. Only breeders with the highest standards regarding testing are allowed to join. To read about this organization log on to www.goldendoodle-goldendoodle.org. Proper testing takes effort and money. Just recently, we spent money on extensive testing and found that a dog did not reach acceptable standards therefore we held that dog back from our breeding program. There are doodles in the newspaper for bottom bargain prices; unfortunately typically these dogs are not tested or screened. All our breeding dogs are tested according to the high standards set by The Premium Breeder's List, which Annie's Doodles is a member of. ![]()
