How To Adopt a Doodle
A Simple, Thoughtful Approach To Helping Your Family Find the Right Doodle.
Bringing home a puppy is a big decision, and we believe it should feel exciting, clear, and well supported. At Annie’s Doodles, we take a personal, family-first approach to placing our Goldendoodle and Australian Labradoodle puppies—making sure each puppy and each family are the right fit for one another.
Whether you’re local to Seattle and the Pacific Northwest or joining us from elsewhere, we’re here to help guide you toward the right puppy for your family and lifestyle. It all starts with an application.
01.

As puppies grow, we guide families through the matching process based on temperament, energy level, family needs, and lifestyle considerations.

Frequently Asked Questions
01
Where are you located?
We’re located in Washington State, serving families throughout the Seattle area, the Pacific Northwest, and beyond
02
How much does an Annie’s Doodle puppy cost?
Our puppies are $3,500 plus tax. We don’t ask for a deposit upfront—only after your application has been reviewed and we’ve mutually agreed it’s a good fit. At that point, a $500 deposit (via Venmo or PayPal) secures your place and is applied toward the total cost of your puppy.
03
Is the deposit refundable?
Your deposit is refundable until you commit to a specific litter. Once a litter is selected, the deposit becomes non-refundable and reserves a puppy for your family.
04
Is there a waitlist?
Yes. Some litters fill quickly, and joining the waitlist is a great option if your timing is flexible.
05
Is applying a commitment?
No. Submitting an application simply helps us get to know you and guide you toward the right fit.
06
Will my pup be spayed or neutered?
Puppies go home to their families before being spayed or neutered. We ask all families to sign a spay/neuter agreement confirming that this will be completed before your puppy’s first birthday. This approach supports healthy growth while ensuring responsible placement for every Annie’s Doodles puppy.
07
When can we bring our doodle home?
Puppy pick-up day is at 8 or 9 weeks old.
08
We live at a distance—do you offer travel options for puppies?
Yes, we’re happy to talk through options with families who live farther away. Just let us know in your puppy application that you’re interested, and we’ll connect to discuss what might work best for you and your puppy.
09
Can we visit the puppies?
We love meeting our puppy families. Families who have reserved a puppy are welcome to visit on Puppy Pickup Day, when puppies are around 8 weeks old—it’s a special day for everyone.
To keep puppies healthy during their earliest weeks, we’re unable to host visitors before that time. Limiting early exposure helps protect them while they grow and prepare for their forever homes. We’re always happy to share photos and updates along the way.
