Two-Year Health Guarantee
Bred With Care. Supported With Confidence.
Annie’s Doodles offers a two-year health guarantee covering specific genetic conditions for which our breeding dogs are tested. This guarantee is valid until your dog reaches two years of age.
All Annie’s Doodles breeding dogs complete and pass required health testing before entering the breeding program. We test our breeding dogs for the following conditions:
-
Hip dysplasia
-
Elbow dysplasia
-
Eye conditions
What the Guarantee Covers
If you believe your dog has been diagnosed with hip dysplasia, elbow dysplasia or eye conditions, you may begin an appeal process to request either:
-
A refund of the original puppy purchase price, or
-
A replacement puppy
This health guarantee does not cover other illnesses, injuries, or health conditions outside those listed above.
Annie’s Doodles has maintained a strong record of healthy dogs since 2006. Our dams and sires are in excellent health and come from generations of carefully selected, healthy bloodlines. That said, no breeder can control every variable in life—just as people can experience unexpected health issues, so can pets.
Annie’s Doodles stands by this guarantee in good faith. It is essential that you contact us as soon as any concerning signs arise.
How to Pursue a Two-Year Health Guarantee Appeal
-
Email Annie’s Doodles with your phone number, litter name, and the date you picked up your puppy.
-
(We work only with the individual whose name appears on the original application.)
-
-
Annie or a representative will contact you by phone to begin the conversation.
-
Medical documentation will be requested.
-
Follow-up phone conversations may take place to clarify details.
-
If eligibility is confirmed, a written agreement will be prepared and signed by both parties. At that point, either:
-
A refund of the puppy’s original purchase price will be issued, or

-
This is intended to be a collaborative and respectful process. We require phone conversations followed up with written communication.
